Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. However, if you’re dissatisfied with any of our lip care products, we’re here to make it right.
How to Return Your Item(s)
Follow the steps below to initiate your return:

Send us a mail at hello.allurebyewa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions via the mail.

Ship your items to the provided address. Ensure they are unopened and in their original packaging(if available) , Otherwise, pack the item (s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.

Attach the prepaid return label to the front of your package and drop it off at your nearest approved location.

Keep an eye on your inbox; we’ll send you an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

Receipt of Products
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the products to ensure they are in good condition. If you notice any errors, damage to the packaging, or missing items, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Product Returns
To process a return, products must be in a saleable condition,unused and in their original packaging.
Please note:

If you do not return your order using the approved method above, we may not be able to reimburse the cost of returning the items via an alternative method.

If all conditions are met, we will make an exchange of the products and would be delivered within 14 days after drop off.

Delivery costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
